Plastic 3D Printing

Plastic 3D printing is done with Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) is a 3D printing technology widely known for its speed, accuracy, and competitive cost.

Our FDM solutions offer large build volumes up to 305 mm x 305 mm x 60 5mm in a variety of colours and production-grade thermoplastics, from ABS to Polycarbonate. The speed and versatility of FDM let product developers create physical snapshots of their designs through the iterative process. High-performance materials make FDM a perfect solution for producing jigs, fixtures, tool masters and production tooling.

Parts can typically be shipped within four to seven working days, allowing for faster design iterations and speed to market.

Stereolithography (SLA or SL; also known as stereolithography apparatus, optical fabrication, photo-solidification, or resin printing) is a form of 3D printing technology used for creating models, prototypes, patterns, and production parts in a layer by layer fashion using photochemical processes. Stereolithography can be used to create end-user products in development, medical models, and computer hardware, engineering as well as in many other applications.
